How is Galloway different from other consulting firms?

We implement, not just recommend. Most firms hand you a report. We stay through execution and tie our work to measurable outcomes. If the savings aren't showing up on your P&L, we haven't done our job.

What does the first 30 days look like?

We start with an on-site assessment across all three Vantage facilities, establish baselines, and deliver an Operational Health Report by Day 30. You'll have a clear picture of where the gaps are and a roadmap to fix them.

How involved do we need to be?

We handle the heavy lifting. We'll need weekly check-ins with Chad and access to your operations team, but we manage the process end-to-end. Our goal is to add capacity, not create more work for your leadership team.

What happens after the 90-day engagement?

You keep every deliverable. If you want ongoing advisory support, we offer it at $8,500/month — but there's no obligation. Many clients use us through the transaction process, but it's entirely your call.

Do you work with our competitors?

We limit engagements per sector to avoid conflicts. Your operational data and strategy stay confidential. We don't recycle playbooks across competing companies.
